Pingdingshan Chemiway Biological Technology Co., Ltd. covers a land area of 20,000 square meters, which contains a floor area of 13,000 square meters. The total design capacity of reactors amounts to 30,000L and the manufacturing workshops are well equipped with advanced facilities, such as multipurpose enamel reactors of a wide range of sizes from100L to 5000L, ultra-low temperature reaction kettles (-120oC--20 oC), high temperature reaction kettles (180 oC --250 oC ) and autoclave distillation (20Pa—100Pa), as well as several after processing equipment including pressure filtration, centrifugation and drying equipment. There are separate warehouses for API and cleaning finish goods with constant temperature. Our company also has independent gas boiler, large refrigeration units, and sewage treatment facilities. All these equipment and warehouse have achieved the high level quality standard and passed the environmental impact assessment. At present, our team has 52 employees, of which 80% hold bachelor’s degree or above.
